Returns

Becasue of the nature of the hobby business it is our policy that we can not accept returns.  If you have ordered something in error and it has not shipped yet we may be able to cancel the order.  This all depends on if the order has already been sent to our warehouse for picking.  Please contact us immediately for all cancellations using the contact form at the bottom of this page.

Warranty Claims

FXH is a small internet only dealer (this is how we are able to bring you the lowest possible prices) and as such we must rely on the manufacturer (Redcat Racing) to handle all warranty claims.  As a matter of fact it is Redcat's policy that customers interface with them directly for all warranty issues.

If you should have any trouble with your claim or just have questions as to what is a valid claim and what is not, please by all means reach out to us and we will be more than happy to help in any way that we can. (bear in mind that we cannot validate a claim that has been rejected by Redcat) 

Aftersale Product Support

We will do our best to help if you have questions about the product you have purchased from us.  We love RC and we love to talk RC!
